Book Review: The NKJV Study Bible (Personal Size)

Title: The NKJV Study Bible (Personal Size)
Description of Content:
The New King James Version study bible by Thomas Nelson is a great addition to any bible collector or scholar that wants to add a modern, but more compact study tool to their collection.
This bible comes in a sturdy paperback version with a color cover, colored pictures and maps. It contains a concordance and index of additional topics. The print is a little small, but considering the compact size - acceptable.
Each page has three columns including, scriptures and cross-references in the middle column.
Features:
  • NEW attractive new full-color page design
  • NEW stunning Bible-land photos and graphics
  • NEW in-text maps and charts
  • Full cross-references with textual notes
  • Word studies and indexes
  • Bible Times and Culture Notes
  • Book introductions, outlines, and timelines
  • Reader-friendly notes and articles ideal for extended study
  • Deluxe NKJV Concordance including proper names

My Reaction:
This bible is easy to navigate, has helpful tools and features and is a nice compact size. The book seems durable for a paperback bible, but over time pages could be susceptible to becoming loose. There is no section for notes within the bible, and the print is a little small.
I would recommend this for anyone wanting a compact, feature-full study bible.
